Carpal tunnel syndrome is a  condition caused when the the median nerve  is compressed as it travels through the wrist at the carpal tunnel. Symptoms include pain, tingling and numbness, and the symptoms tend to begin during the night.  Pain may extend up the arm and could cause weakness in grip. We diagnose and treat carpal tunnel though a variety of ways to include: ultrasound, stretching, muscle work,  and adjustments of the wrist and elbow.  We work together with you to create an ergonomic work station and exercises to help to create a pain free future.
